Before you send: who gets this

This pack is for people who already know you: past enquiries, form fills, people who booked a call and didn't show, people who got a proposal and went quiet, past clients. Only message people who gave you their details. How you use the leads is your responsibility under the laws that apply to you. In practice: put 'Reply STOP to opt out' on the first text, put an unsubscribe link in every email, and stop the same day anyone says no. Pick your first 20. Sort the list by who asked most recently. Start with people who asked for a price, people who booked and didn't show, and people who got a proposal and went quiet. They know you, so they're the warmest. Send on weekday mornings in their time zone. Send texts one at a time through your CRM, not as a blast.

Why it works: A smaller, warmer first batch tells you what works before you message the whole list.

Message 1, day 1: the check-in (text and email)

TEXT: Hey {first_name}, it's {your_name}. You asked about {enquiry_topic} a while back. Is that still something you want to sort out? Reply STOP to opt out. EMAIL Subject: {first_name}, still thinking about {enquiry_topic}? Hey {first_name}, It's {your_name}. A while back you asked about {enquiry_topic}, and I wanted to check back in. Is it still something you want to fix? A one-word reply is fine. {your_name}
Why it works: One easy question built on what they asked. It reads like a person remembering them, not a blast.

Message 2, day 3: a result (text)

{first_name}, {your_name} again. Since we last talked, a client of ours got this: {result}. It made me think of you, because it's close to what you asked about. Want me to send you how it works?
Why it works: It gives them a reason to reply now: something has happened since they asked. The question only needs a yes.

Message 3, day 5: what's changed and the offer (email)

Subject: What's changed since you asked about {enquiry_topic} Hey {first_name}, When you asked about {enquiry_topic}, you were looking for a way to get it sorted. Here's what I can offer you now: {your_offer}. [One or two lines on what is new or better: a faster start, a new way of working, a client result, a change in price. Only say what is true.] If that still sounds like what you wanted, reply 'yes' and I'll send the next step. If the timing is off, reply 'later' and I'll check back when you say. {your_name}
Why it works: Something changed, so you have a real reason to write. Two reply words mean answering takes three seconds.

Message 4, day 8: the one-letter text

{first_name}, quick one so I can stop guessing. Where are you with {enquiry_topic}? A) Sorted it already B) Still want to fix it C) Bad timing right now Just reply with a letter.
Why it works: A single letter is the easiest reply there is, and it sorts your list for you: A comes off it, B gets a call, C gets a reminder later.

Message 5, day 10: closing your file (text and email)

TEXT: {first_name}, I'm closing your file on {enquiry_topic} today so I stop filling up your phone. If you want it open again, reply 'open' and I'll pick it up from there. Wishing you well either way. {your_name} EMAIL Subject: Closing your file, {first_name} Hey {first_name}, I've reached out a few times about {enquiry_topic}, so I'm closing your file today. If it comes up again, hit reply, say 'open', and we'll pick up where we left off. Either way, I hope it goes well. {your_name}
Why it works: People answer to keep a door open. It's also the polite end: they know you've stopped.

What to say when someone answers

Reply within the hour if you can. Every answer needs a short next step, not a long pitch. If anyone replies STOP, remove them the same day and don't reply.

They reply 'yes' or 'B': Great, {first_name}. The quickest way is a short call so I can see where you're at. Is tomorrow morning or tomorrow afternoon easier? They reply 'later' or 'C': No problem, {first_name}. When should I check back, next month or a bit further out? I'll put it in my calendar. They ask 'how much?': Happy to tell you, {first_name}. It depends on what you need, so two quick questions first, then I'll give you the real number. What are you hoping to get done with {enquiry_topic}? They reply 'A' or 'no': Thanks for telling me, {first_name}. Glad you're sorted. If it ever comes back up, you know where I am.
Why it works: Each answer gets a small next step, so a reply turns into a booked call instead of a cold thread.

The 10-day schedule at a glance

Day | Message | Channel | Job Day 1 | 1 | Text + email | Check-in Day 3 | 2 | Text | A real result Day 5 | 3 | Email | What's changed + the offer Day 8 | 4 | Text | A, B or C Day 10 | 5 | Text + email | Closing your file Stop the sequence for anyone who replies, books a call or opts out. Anyone who answers A or no comes off the list. Anyone who answers C goes on a reminder for later.

Why it works: You can set the whole thing up in your CRM in one sitting and let it run.
