Your result named a biggest leak. Find that step below, use the fix, and leave the rest for later.

The tool

Lead Leak Calculator

Enter your leads per month, the percent that book a call, the percent that show up, the percent you close and your average deal value. You get your revenue now and what 5 more points at each step is worth.

How to read it: Revenue now is leads times book %, show %, close % and deal value. Each step shows the extra dollars a month from 5 more points. The biggest leak is the step with the lowest percent, because 5 points on a small number is a bigger jump. Fix that step first and leave the others alone for 30 days.

How to read your result

Revenue now is leads times book %, times show %, times close %, times your average deal. The three '+5 points' lines show what one step is worth if it gets 5 points better and the other steps stay where they are. The biggest leak is always the step with the lowest percent. Five points on a small number is a bigger jump than five points on a big one. Example, made-up numbers, change them: 200 leads, 20% book, 70% show, 25% close, $3,000 deal. Revenue now: $21,000 a month. +5 points at booking: +$5,250. +5 points at showing up: +$1,500. +5 points at closing: +$4,200. Booking is the biggest leak here. There is no 'good' percent to chase. Your own numbers from the last 30 days are the baseline. Beat those.

Why it works: One step to fix first beats five to worry about.

Leak 1: Leads that never book a call

What it means: they opted in or replied, then nothing happened. Check three things. How long until they hear from you? How many clicks does it take to book? Does your first message give one reason to book now? The fix: reply the moment they come in, and offer one time instead of a calendar to browse. Send this to every new lead, day or night.

Hey {first_name}, it's {your_name}. Saw you asked about working with us. I've got {call_time} open for a quick call. Does that work? If not, pick a time that suits you here: {booking_link}
Why it works: A specific time is easier to say yes to than a blank calendar. The link is the backup.

Leak 2: Booked calls that don't show

What it means: they said yes, then forgot, got busy, or never felt the call mattered. Check what they get between booking and the call. One confirmation email isn't a reminder. The fix: three texts. One right after they book, one the morning of the call, one an hour before. Ask for a reply in the first one.

Text 1 (right after they book) Hey {first_name}, you're booked for {call_time}. Reply YES so I know you got this. Text 2 (morning of the call) Morning {first_name}. We're on today at {call_time}. Bring one question you want answered and we'll start there. Text 3 (one hour before) {first_name}, we're on in an hour. Link: {booking_link}. If you're running late, just text me.
Why it works: A reply to text 1 makes the call real to them. Texts 2 and 3 keep it in front of them.

Leak 3: Calls that don't close

What it means: they showed up, liked what they heard, then went quiet or said 'I need to think about it.' Check how the call ended. Did you leave with a next step and a date, or with 'I'll send you something'? The fix: set the next step before you hang up, then send a same-day recap and two follow-ups. Each one ends with a question.

Same day Thanks for today, {first_name}. Here's what we agreed: {next_step}. I'll check in on {call_time} unless you want to move sooner. Day 2 Hey {first_name}, did anything come up since we spoke? If it's 'I need to think about it', tell me what you're thinking about and I'll give you a straight answer. Day 5 Should I close your file, or is this still something you want to fix this month?
Why it works: Silence after a call usually has a reason. A direct question gets the reason out in the open.

The two numbers that aren't leaks

Lead volume and deal value are inputs, not leaks, so the calculator doesn't flag them. Fix the leaky step first. More leads through the same leak gives you more of the same loss. A higher average deal value raises every line in the calculator at once. That is an offer question, and it comes after the leak. Once your steps are tighter, you need leads to test them on. At the live Group AI Growth Session you complete the 2-minute audit and get 100 verified leads that match your ideal client, with a CSV. The first 10 land during the session and the other 90 at the end, so stay to the end. Message them with your booking text, count how many book, and put that real number back in the calculator. One gift per business, for owners who attend live and finish the audit. It is built for businesses that sell to other businesses.

Why it works: The calculator tells you where to fix. The session gives you leads to test the fix on.

Track it for 30 days

Count these for 30 days, then put your real numbers back into the calculator. Change one step at a time so you know what moved the number.

Leads: ____ Booked a call: ____ (booked / leads = ____%) Showed up: ____ (showed / booked = ____%) Closed: ____ (closed / showed = ____%) Average deal: $____
Why it works: You can't fix a percent you haven't counted.
