It's yours.
The calculator gave you the numbers. Here is how to read them, which input to fix first, and how many leads a 90-day plan needs.
Goal-to-Leads Calculator
Type your monthly cash goal, your price, your close rate, your show rate, the percent of leads that book a call, and your cost per lead. Every box starts with a value labelled 'example, change them'. Replace each one with your own number.

The math behind the calculator
Five lines, top to bottom. You can do them on paper. Example, change them: goal $30,000, price $3,000, close rate 25%, show rate 80%, 25% of leads book, cost per lead $20. $30,000 ÷ $3,000 = 10 sales 10 ÷ 0.25 = 40 calls held 40 ÷ 0.80 = 50 calls booked 50 ÷ 0.25 = 200 leads 200 × $20 = $4,000 a month in ad spend, about $133 a day
Which input to fix first
1. Any number you guessed. Replace it with a real count from the last 30 days. A made-up rate makes every number below it wrong. No data yet? Use your best guess, mark it 'guess', and replace it after your first 30 days. 2. Price. Price moves the whole chain. Example, change them: at $6,000 instead of $3,000, the same goal takes 5 sales instead of 10, so about 100 leads instead of 200, if people still buy at that price. 3. Your lowest rate. Five more points on a small rate is a bigger jump than five more on a big one. 4. Cost per lead, last. It changes the dollars, not the number of conversations you need. If your leads come from outreach instead of ads, set cost per lead to 0 and ignore the ad spend lines.
Sanity check before you trust it
Run these five checks. 1. Calls booked per week: divide calls booked by 4. Do you have the calendar space to take them? 2. Leads per day: divide leads by 30. Can you reply to that many the same day? 3. Cash timing: you pay for ads before you get paid. Does the ad spend fit in your account for the first month? 4. Hope check: if a rate would make you say 'that would be amazing', it's a hope. Use the number you've actually seen. 5. Goal check: is the goal cash collected, or revenue booked? Use cash if payments are split. If a check fails, change the input behind it before you change the goal.
How many leads a 90-day plan needs
Leads per month times 3 is your 90-day lead need. In the example above (example, change them): 200 × 3 = 600 leads in 90 days. For reference, Launchpad General includes 1,000 verified ideal-client leads within 90 days, and Fast Track includes 2,000. Those are the numbers in the offer, not a forecast of what you'll earn. Two cautions. A lead from outreach books at a different rate than an ad opt-in, so use your own book rate for each source. And don't judge the plan on week one: check your real rates at day 30 and replace your guesses.
Your weekly scoreboard
Divide the month by 4 for a weekly target. Write five numbers every Monday, then look at the lowest rate and fix just that one.
Test your numbers on real leads
Your book rate is the hardest number to know before you've messaged real leads. At the live Group AI Growth Session you complete the 2-minute audit and get 100 verified leads that match your ideal client, with a CSV. The first 10 land during the session and the other 90 at the end, so stay to the end. Message them, count how many book, and you have a real book rate to put in the calculator. One gift per business, for owners who attend live and finish the audit. It is built for businesses that sell to other businesses.
