Step 1: the 10 questions for your voice note

Set a 10-minute timer. Record on your phone's voice memo app. Talk like you're on a call with one person you want to help. Don't script it and don't stop to fix mistakes. About a minute per question. 1. Who do you help, and what are they stuck on right before they find you? Use the words they use. 2. What's a wrong idea you hear from people in your field all the time? 3. Tell me about the last client you helped. Where were they when they started, what did you do, and what changed? 4. What do you tell people to do first? 5. What's a mistake you made early on that you now warn people about? 6. What do people ask you on the first call? 7. What do most people in your field skip that you don't? 8. What do you tell clients to stop doing? 9. What changes for a client in the first 30 days of working with you? 10. What do you offer, who is it for, and what should someone do if that sounds like them? Tip: say names as 'a client' or 'someone I worked with' and leave out anything private. Then upload the audio to any transcriber, or use your phone's built-in transcript.

Why it works: Your best posts are already in your head. Speaking them out loud gets them out in your real voice, which a blank page can't do.

Step 2: the AI prompt that writes your 30 days

Open ChatGPT or Claude in a new chat. Paste the prompt below. Paste your transcript where it says so. If the answer stops partway, type 'continue'.

I'm going to paste the transcript of a 10-minute voice note I recorded about my business. Turn it into 30 days of social posts for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. About me: I help {your_niche}. My offer: {your_offer}. My keyword for hand-raiser posts: {keyword}. Rules: 1. Use my words and my stories from the transcript. Keep my voice: short sentences, plain words, grade 7 reading level. 2. Do not invent facts, numbers, results, client names or quotes. If I did not say it in the transcript, do not write it. For the client-style example, describe the situation and the steps. Use a result only if I stated it in the transcript. 3. No em dashes. No hype words. No emojis. No more than 3 hashtags. 4. Every post starts with a first line that makes someone stop scrolling, then a body of 60 to 120 words. Write exactly 30 posts: 6 of each type, in this repeating order: Story, Lesson, Myth, Client-style example, Hand-raiser. - Story: a real moment from the transcript, what happened, what I learned. - Lesson: one idea and 3 steps the reader can use today. - Myth: a wrong belief people in my market have, then what is true. - Client-style example: the starting situation, what we did, what changed, using only what I said. - Hand-raiser: offer something free that fits my offer and end with: Comment {keyword} and I'll send it to you. Label each post with the day number, the type, and the voice-note question it came from. If you run out of room, stop and I'll type 'continue'. When all 30 are done, list any topics where my transcript was thin, so I can record 2 more minutes. Here is my transcript: [PASTE YOUR TRANSCRIPT HERE]
Why it works: The rules keep the posts in your voice and stop the AI from inventing clients, results and numbers.

The 5 post types

1. Story (6 posts). A real moment: what happened, the turn, what you learned. 80 to 120 words. Starts mid-scene, not with 'Let me tell you a story'. 2. Lesson (6 posts). One idea and three steps the reader can use today. The first line states the idea. The last line is the most useful step. 3. Myth (6 posts). 'People say X.' Then what is true, and one reason. Use a wrong idea you actually hear from clients or in your field. 4. Client-style example (6 posts). The starting situation, what you did, what changed. Use only what you said in the voice note. If you have no number to share, write about the situation and the steps. Never add a result you can't back up. If you blend a few clients into one, say 'a client like this'. 5. Hand-raiser (6 posts). Offer one free, useful thing and ask people to comment your keyword. Everyone who comments gets a DM with the link. These are the posts that give you names to talk to.

Why it works: Mixing five types keeps your feed from sounding the same, and one in five gives people a reason to comment.

Step 3: the 30-day calendar

Day | Post type | Voice-note question ----+----------------------+--------------------------------------- 1 | Story | Q1: Who you help, what they're stuck on 2 | Lesson | Q4: What you tell people to do first 3 | Myth | Q2: A wrong idea you hear a lot 4 | Client-style example | Q3: The last client you helped 5 | Hand-raiser | Q10: Your offer and who it's for 6 | Story | Q5: An early mistake you warn people about 7 | Lesson | Q2: A wrong idea you hear a lot 8 | Myth | Q1: Who you help, what they're stuck on 9 | Client-style example | Q9: What changes in the first 30 days 10 | Hand-raiser | Q4: What you tell people to do first 11 | Story | Q3: The last client you helped 12 | Lesson | Q5: An early mistake you warn people about 13 | Myth | Q6: What people ask on the first call 14 | Client-style example | Q10: Your offer and who it's for 15 | Hand-raiser | Q1: Who you help, what they're stuck on 16 | Story | Q7: What most people in your field skip 17 | Lesson | Q6: What people ask on the first call 18 | Myth | Q8: What you tell clients to stop doing 19 | Client-style example | Q3: The last client you helped 20 | Hand-raiser | Q6: What people ask on the first call 21 | Story | Q8: What you tell clients to stop doing 22 | Lesson | Q4: What you tell people to do first 23 | Myth | Q2: A wrong idea you hear a lot 24 | Client-style example | Q9: What changes in the first 30 days 25 | Hand-raiser | Q7: What most people in your field skip 26 | Story | Q9: What changes in the first 30 days 27 | Lesson | Q7: What most people in your field skip 28 | Myth | Q5: An early mistake you warn people about 29 | Client-style example | Q10: Your offer and who it's for 30 | Hand-raiser | Q8: What you tell clients to stop doing Every 5th day is a hand-raiser. Each answer from your voice note feeds three posts, so one answer gives you three different angles.

Why it works: You can see the month at a glance and know which answer from your voice note feeds each day.

The hand-raiser post template

Post it on days 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30. Put your keyword in capitals at the end. Add the first comment yourself so people see how to do it.

People I talk to in {your_niche} keep asking me the same thing: [the question they ask you most]. So I put the answer on one page you can use today: [one line on what's on the page]. It's free, and it comes from how I work with clients on {your_offer}. Comment {keyword} and I'll send it to you.
Why it works: It names one question your ideal client already has, gives the answer for free, and asks for one word to reply with.

The DM to send when someone comments

Send it the same day. If you use ManyChat or GHL, set it to fire when the keyword appears in a comment. If you do it by hand, it still takes under a minute per person.

Hey {first_name}, thanks for the comment. Here's the {keyword} page: {your_link}. It takes a few minutes to use. If you have a question about {your_niche} once you've read it, reply here.
Why it works: The comment turns into a private conversation with someone who raised their hand, and that's where the next step starts.

Your weekly routine

Sunday, 20 minutes: read the next 7 posts, delete or rewrite anything that doesn't sound like you, and schedule them. Every day, 10 minutes: answer every comment. Reply to hand-raiser comments with the DM below. Day 30: record a new 10-minute voice note with 10 fresh answers and run the prompt again. Keep a note of which posts get the most comments and which keyword people comment on. Write more like those.

Why it works: A small, repeating routine beats a big plan you drop in week two.
